The "Breakfast Kit" includes 1 liter of milk, 1 liter of juice, 1 package of toast, 100 grams of butter, 100 grams of jam and 1 kilo of fruit in season".

Yes. All of our apartments have towels and bed linen for all guests included in the price. All reservations include 2 towels per person (one large and one small towel). The extra towel service costs € 3 per small towel and 5€ per big towel.

Yes. The apartment will be clean when you arrive. After your stay, it will be cleaned again for free, which is why we ask that you leave the apartment in good condition.

All of our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with the following electrical appliances: washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, whisk, and toaster. They all also include all kinds of kitchenware.

Yes. Every bathroom has a hairdryer and professional hair straighteners. 

All apartments at KeyFamily Apartments have special kitchenware for children: plates, cutlery, cups, bibs and a foldable bathtub (foldable bathtub on request and subject to availability). In addition, there is a cot, high chair and plug protectors for children.

In all bookings with KeyFamily Apartments any guest staying with us who is over two years old is counted as a guest. Those under two years old (minors) will stay for free. When you enter the number of people when you start your booking, don’t include the number of minors. You will be asked for this number in another section.

The deposit will be used in very specific cases. If the rules of coexistence with the neighbours are contravened and/or excess noise is detected in communal areas or inside the apartment beyond the times permitted. If the apartment is not handed back in optimal conditions of cleanliness and, therefore, excess dirtiness exists. Or if the guest(s) lose the keys and/or the locks must be changed for security reasons. 

Yes. We hope we don’t have to make decisions of this type, but KeyFamily Apartments reserves the right to rescind the rental contract without the right to a refund if guest conduct does not comply with the rules we have set out. Furthermore, we may resort to the pertinent police authorities to enforce this. 

No. KeyFamily Apartments is responsible for the noise inside the apartment and to prevent this there are rules in place. However, in no case is it responsible for the noise coming from the exterior, such as flats, apartments, communal areas or public spaces.
