Check in:

• Schedule: 3pm – 9pm. After 9pm ask for information about “Easy check in” (check in by yourselves).
• Possibility of 'Early check in' subject to availability.
• Please inform us about your check in time at least 7 days in advance your arrival. Otherwise, check in time will not be guaranteed.
• During check in, all valid passports or ID of all guests must be shown in order to comply with local current law.
• A credit card is required as a deposit. No charge will be made if the apartment is handed over in a clean and tidy condition and if the house rules have been complied with (please read carefully the 'House Rules').
• 2 sets of keys will be provided. The additional set must be requested minimum 7 days in advance, and a maximum of 2 extra-sets of keys can be requested (additional cost: 50€ every set of keys).
• 2 towels per person (large and small) are included. Extra towel service has an additional cost of 4€ per large towel and 2€ per small towel (On request).

Check out:

• Schedule: Maximum at 11:00 am.
• Possibility of 'Late check out' subject to availability.
• At check out it is necessary to leave dirty dishes on the dishwasher to throw the garbage outside at the street containers, close windows and apartment's door and turn off lights, AC/heating and all electronic devices. It is not necessay to wash sheets and towels.
• At your departure we will pick up the keys and check the conditions of the accommodation.
• At the end of the stay, guests agree to leave the apartment and all its goods in the same conditions in which they were delivered. For this purpose, and as a guarantee of this obligation, the guest authorizes us to charge the value of the damages caused and up to 500€ in case of non-compliance with the rules.

 Cleaning:

• Bed linen and towels are washed in an industrial laundry by a specialized company that guarantees their disinfection.
• Also, a professional company is in charge of the cleaning of the different elements and rooms of the apartment. 
• Cost of additional cleaning/laundry service: 70€ (on request).
• Extra cleaning included for stays longer than 7 nights.

City Tax: is not included: City tax is not included in the price of the reservation so it must be paid in cash or by credit card at check in time or in case of 'check in by yourselves'- 5 days before your arrival.

We are committed to a good coexistence with the neighborhood, and respectful practices with the environment and the surroundings. For this reason, we detail the rules of the apartment that we ask you to respect and comply with:

Respect:

• Groups of young people under 30 years old are not allowed.
• It is strictly forbidden: parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, as well as shouting, making noise and playing loud music in the apartment.
• It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those indicated in the reservation/contract.
• No smoking.
• Silence from 10h to 8h to respect the rest of the neighbours.
• Failure to comply with the rules or if there is noise, this may lead to you being asked to leave immediately the apartment, losing your right to claim a refund of your reservation and losing your deposit.
• This property uses an IOT device (decibel measurement system) Noise Alarm of Roomonitor, a Barcelona City Council partner. This device complies with the privacy requirements of the guests as it does not perform any type of sound recording. However, it measures the noise volume level in the property and it sends an alert when the maximum limit established by the city council of our city is exceeded, allowing to control the noise and promoting a good coexistence with the neighbourhood.

Cleanliness:

• At checkout time, make sure to leave the apartment in good clean and tidy conditions. Without garbage scattered on the floor and dishes inside the dishwasher. Otherwise, an additional cleaning service will be charged (70€).
• We kindly ask you to throw the garbage in the street containers when you leave the apartment.

Environment:

• Think about the environment: turn off the lights and air conditioning/heating when you leave the apartment.
• Use electricity and water responsibly during your stay. As there is no planet B, take care of it. It is our responsibility.

KeyFamily Apartments informs that it is not responsible for external noises caused and coming from the neighbours of apartments, houses and adjoining buildings, adjacent or public spaces.

The guest agrees to facilitate access to the apartment in case it is necessary to: the owners, KeyFamily Apartments staff or the competent Authorities, either for maintenance, security or necessity reasons.
